Ok, so I have everything in green...now starts the process of getting users...what should I do in order to attrack new users?

You don't want to register if you don't want to, just give suggestions as to what can I do to attrack new members to the forum (and actually make them register).

Post in similar forums with a link in your signature. Submit to directories to get some indexed links so you start to get SE traffic.

I would also put a welcome message of sorts at the top of the forums inviting guests, explaining what your forums are about, and telling them how to register.

I'm working on that right now...I was asking permission from the style creator to make modificatiosn and he agreed...so I am going to try and transform that style...

if it werent for the name and board names i wouldnt know what it was about maybe get a skin that releates to it?

The light grays and white seem too bright and the lack of colour seems too... sterile. I know that theme comes in blue, green and cyan, maybe try one of those?

That register redirect link as first forum is good, but does it still display if you are logged in?

Join some forums that are directed at a specific OS and join in the discussions, put a link in your signature and it will also help you think of new content to post on your forum. Create some youtube videos directed at OS's (maybe video guides on popular modifications) and put your link first in the description. Use adwords for very specific keyword targetting. Post on blogs and news related to certain OS's.

Logged in users don't see it. Even me as an administrator can't see it after I'm logged.

Join semi popular Microsoft, Apple, GNU/Linux sites and put a link in your sig. Of i people have trouble and you know the answer you can post the answer on your site and post a link to it (careful on this one... could be spammish)
