![]() | Promoting my contest... I recently started a contest with some great prizes (around $900 worth, and they are sought after by my target market). Anyways, so far it's gone alright. There is no end date for the contest yet, as I want it to be after the release of Warhammer Online, which hasn't got a release date yet. There have been about 40 sign ups, and a couple of hundred posts. The first couple of days with starting the contest were great, but since then it's started to slow down again and I'm not sure how to keep the momentum going.
The site/contest is on my Warhammer Online Forum. |

| The Webmaster ![]() | Wow, I didn't know they were still working on Warhammer online. I remember now more than several years back hearing about this but I thought it had been dumped. I have a couple fantasy armies but haven't played in a while now. Anyways I think a good way to get news out about your contest is to seek out other blogs and sites on warhammer and ask if they'll post about your contest since it would be of interest to their readers. Maybe even shoot an email to games workshop and see if they'll give you any pub. Also thought I'd let you know that the [find out more] link does not work for me.

| Apprentice | Whenever you're launching something, you need to look at it through the eyes of an Internet marketer. When I did my battleforums.com re-launch contest, I JVed over a dozen authority websites, related in my niche, and built up a good-sized list before the contest. When the contest started, all I had to do was send out an email, and people started crawling in. My contest pre-launch page: BattleForums.com Re-Launch Contest - Warcraft, StarCraft, Diablo - Sponsored by JACT.com My contest launch page: BattleForums.com Re-Launch Contest - Warcraft, StarCraft, Diablo - Sponsored by JACT.com Good luck .Thank you, Donny

| Member | When it comes to promoting contest, I get success from sites like Digg. If you have some free time after seeking out other Warhammer weblogs and sites, use social bookmarking sites. Oh yeah, thank you for blessing the Internet with such a cool contest.
