How to make online video tutorials...

Howdy!

Does anyone know how to go about making video style tutorials? I'm not meaning actually video videos... with a camera! I mean, a video that can I create where I can demonstrate how to do something on XP or Vista and the person watching the video will see where I click on my computer, step by step. I also want to have audio attached to it. It's like this guy does here...

YouTube - You Suck at Photoshop #1: Distort, Warp, & Layer Effects

What's he using? How does he do it?

Thanks!

Thanks y'all!

"Screen Capture" that's a right good name for the process! And, I just knew someone out there would know what's best to use!

Thanks again!
