I also have a webmaster forum and I know what you mean.
There are too many huge webmaster forums out there. My advice to you would be to start contests and award prizes.

I looked over your forum and off the top of my head I knew of at least 5 other huge forums that deal with the same topics you do. You have to find a niche that hasn't been taped... or provide something that the other forums do not. Best of luck.

I would make sure that you have as little downtime as possible. I visit now and the forum is closed, I have visited a few other times and it has been down or closed.

Also over the last couple of months it has had loads of different themes, designs and layouts. You keep changing it too much, just stick with one thing because changing it isn't good.

Change is good, just not so many times in a short period.

You are in a very tough niche, unless you offer or have something very very unique you can't really expect much.
