| My forum is dying! My members nor any of the staff show any interest in the forum, I don't know what it is that makes it so boring. Please be honest and give me some advice on how I can improve the forum and get forum rolling. Is it the forum sections that I need to add more? What can it be? My forum: Web-Talks Advice is appreciated. Thanks!

| How active are you in your forums? I think if you are very active the members would be more active as well. This could also help with staff not being active. Something you could do is just ask what they would like to see. Be open to any kind of suggestions since the feedback would be coming directly from the people you are trying to please. Good luck!

I would look at your regular 20-30 members who are visiting all of the time and contact those members first. See if each of them can bring 2-5 new members to the forum to give it a new burst of energy and new people. Try contacting the core visitors first and then branch out from there. | ||||
