Okay, I have recently opened a general chat board 'www.communitytalk.co.cc' using paid IPB. We have reasonable activity and great free services, but I need to find ways of getting some more traffic and interest.

I would love to know some great free ways of getting high activity and traffic coming into the forum. Please help me out.

Your forum looks like nice and you seem to be building your content pretty well. I would think that, with some well written emails, you would be able to form some good link partners.
