 |  CommunityTalk.co.cc - I need new ways! Okay, I have recently opened a general chat board 'www.communitytalk.co.cc' using paid IPB. We have reasonable activity and great free services, but I need to find ways of getting some more traffic and interest. I would love to know some great free ways of getting high activity and traffic coming into the forum. Please help me out.
