I would really appreciate ideas and TIPS to make my FORUM as active as possible

What problems are you having specifically? Looking at your site, I think you should just remove the entrance page as it is just one extra (unnecessary) step a user has to take to get to your forum.

Yeah, it would probally be better to have the forum as the main site unless you can add a portal page that show recent posts and what not. You could also always make the main page a blog but be active on the blog if you do so.

Yeah, I find that entrance page horrible. Also, the banner on your forum needs improving. Try getting something that will attract people. A good feature as well as a unique theme.

I think you need to post more content in other areas of your forum, a lot of the posts are in the Jokes area. Maybe you can have fewer forums.
