![]() | I want my blog to become popular outside of the hobbyists Fluffy Bricks is my blog. I've had it since December, and it's slowly growing. It's got photos of dollhouse miniatures. I really want it to become popular outside of dollhouse miniature hobbyists- because I want to promote the hobby, get more people in, etc. How do I do that?

![]() ![]() | That's hard to do with SEO, because SEO can only drive traffic from people who are already searching in your niche. You could write articles promoting the hobby and give them for free to other general hobby web sites. That could also be a good way to build high-quality backlinks to your site. You could also submit those articles to article directories, although those might get fewer readers and lower quality backlinks.

![]() | That's a pretty good idea. Becoming a forum member at a general hobby site might also be a good idea, and posting links back to relevant content (assuming it's not against forum rules).
