 | Twitter ? Just curious to see how many actually use twitter in marketing their forums and creating an interest, and what the payoff of that is for your forum. Myself, I use a twitter account rather heavily to promote TVOTB, posting trivia every 10 minutes or so via email, posting new threads to twitter, all kinds of interesting stuff.

| Twitter is fantastic for small updates. I try to use it on a regular basis. I try not to think of it as an advertising outlet, but as a portal that allows you to see what your users are doing. If you're going to use it simply for advertising, you mind as well dump your account. It's a great tool, when used properly.

| I use Twitter to feed my new threads. It has given me a nice boost in traffic.
