I usualy do it myself as i cant afford to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on a professional. There are alot of tutorials/guides around on the internet which help in doing so... I do it on my own. I do want to contract out some tasks, but I have a limited budget. I doubt if I'd ever hire any search engine optimization expert. Their service is priced so high.
