I always recommend starting low and slowly raising your rates as you see fit...This way you are sure to sell the space. If you start with rates that are too high, you will never sell the space...thus you don't make any money. Start low and slowly increase the rate if you see that they sell quickly. Do this until you find that it's hard to sell the spots, and then stop raising it.
