Is there a way of getting the html code generated for the link to amazon when your an affiliate into a thread? Might be a silly question sorry.

One thing you could do is allow html for the admin group. Also you could just take your affiliate link and put it in the URL tags, but I'm guessing you want to do this so more thank just a link shows up, amirite?

I'm not really sure how to enable it in phpbb ... If it has that option, it should be in the admincp somewhere.

Anyone else got any ideas how to incorporate the html you get from amazon when advertsing an affilliate product into a post please?

You could create your own custom bbcode for it and assign permissions only to you and post it in a post.

Thanks for your help but I decided to go for an astore and have a link to it on my forum. Just need to work out if I need two stores for .co.uk and .com customers or not.
