I suppose if you have a channel that gets very few clicks, you might can pick out the ones with big earnings...but for the most part, you can't really determine the highest you've been paid per click. Say one day you get 1 click that's $5...Then, the next day, you get 2 clicks for $15, but you don't see that until the end of the day...For all you know, you could have had a $14 click and a $1 click, but you'd never know it, so you just assume your highest is $5

This already happens to a certain extent, but it'd get much worse if people had more per-click knowledge

Those kind of topics tend to have a high price per click, so people like to create junk websites with that content.
