I would like to start earning a good revenue from my forum, and am wondering what ad networks I should use, and what kind of advertisements I should place on the forum. The forum has not seen ads in a very long time, so this would be a good time to introduce it... slowly. If you have any comments or suggestions, please let me know  .Thank you, Donny

He should know what works and what doesn't Be careful monetizing those forums. I know you just acquired them, they're very big, they haven't had ads in a while, and the members are not very trusting of you. Honestly, if it were me, I'd wait a couple months before I started monetizing it...but, if you don't want to do that, just go slow

| The 336x280 performs better than anything I have ever tried with Adsese. I only show adsense to my guests. I show one 728x90 ADSDAQ/Tribal Fusion ad to my members under the navbar. Keeps everyone happy. | ||||

| TribalFusion > AdSense for forums. Forums tend to create a lot of pageviews, which would eventually result in more cash in your pocket. The only worthwhile CPM I've come across is TribalFusion, with about $1.50 CPM. All other programs I tried were less than $0.40.You're in luck, cause TribalFusion do accept game related sites. Take a look here. Your site looks huge, so I wouldn't be too surprised if they accepted you. BamaStangGuy has a good point too. P.S. - Hardcore Starcraft fan here! Been playing for 6+ years, and I still play today. | ||||
