Is a live active forum and possibly for sale to the right bidder. It currently ranks PR3 and traffic is reasonable with 1.5 million hits to date for December.

Unfortunately I have recently moved hosts and there is no other stats available.

Current income is poor but the forums are not well monetized with only a couple of header/footer adsense banners. I'm sure this could be worked upon to earn some decent money.

Adsense earnings for the period December 1, 2007 - December 26, 2007 was $42.24
Adsense earnings for the period November 1, 2007 - November 30, 2007 was $22.34
Adsense earnings for the period October 1, 2007 - October 31, 2007 was $12.64


I will consider including an owned vBlicence (currently expired $30to reactivate for 12 months) with vBblog (valid until Sep 23rd '08), an owned vBSEO licence.

If you're thinking about selling, my recommendation would be to better monetize your forums first and let them go a month or two making more money. I do think you can get more money out of them than you currently are, and if you can show this to potential buyers, you can easily raise the value

That's the beauty of the internet, help yourself. There are plenty of great resources to learn how to more effectively monetize your site and you have to learn it eventually. AdminFusion here is good and Earner's Forum are 2 sites i visit to learn about how to make a little change off my sites.
