Any thoughts on how much I could sell for?

I'd like to sell my supernatural forum since I just don't have the time to keep up with it. I barely visit it now and I think the members who are there do deserve better. (Like an admin who has more then five minute free time per day)

There are 429 members. An average of one new member per day and a couple hundred posts per month.

It is not dead, but it's not super active either. It gets about 1000 unique hits per month. With NO advertising.

It has made some money with adsense but I don't know how much exactly since I forgot that you have to add new sites to the same account through a "channel" to keep the stats separate...so it's all mixed up with my pet forum stats. I'm willing to bet it's not much though.

I haven't a clue how to even begin pricing this. Any suggestions?

I think it could be a lot more active than it is since the show is popular and we show up well in google searches. The one time I tried posting torrents we had a boost in traffic as well so that would be a good strategy for someone who has time to do so.

Considering it doesn't get much traffic and advertising and it's free software, you're probably not going to get much. If anything, what you're selling here is a member base to use to try and get things back and running.

I've never heard of the show before so I don't think I'm the best to give a $ figure.

I'm not expecting to get much. But I do think the member base, the fact that we're high in google searches, and it's a popular show is worth something.
