Join Date: Sep 2005 Posts: 10,246 Location: Athens, GA    | Percentage of 0 Posters It's unfortunate...but all forums are plagued with many members who will register yet never post - I'm wondering how big of a problem this is for your community. Here at AdminFusion, "only" 25% of our members have 0 posts. Something actually wants to make me think this isn't all that bad. What do your #'s look like? If you have a very low %, what do you think let you achieve this?

Join Date: Nov 2005 Posts: 89 Location: Canada | We just did a purge recently of users with less than 1 posts who hadn't logged in to the site for more than 2 years. That got rid of something like 4,000 members (!). Now we've got 35% with 0 posts. Before we did the purge it was more than 50%. | ||||

| 6-10% although i have known alot of forums that no one goes on, or only a few. a forum that i know has 126 members, only 20 are active, if that. i think, the way to fix this is to grab the members attention and give them plenty to do. its a risk, because sometimes it doesn't work. i only wish they was an easy answer to this. | ||||
