Rank For Banned Members

What Rank do you give to Banned Members?

For Temporary banned members i usually give the rank "Absent" or just "Banned"

For Permamently banned members, i like putting things like "Exterminated" or "Evicted" or sometimes "Eliminated"

What do you put?

I always use "Banned", whether it's a temporary ban, or a permanent ban. I don't know; maybe it's just me, but I don't like to make a show out of the whole situation. Personally, I feel that using anything other than "Banned" or "Banished" is a little too much.

I have them as banned, but I also made a huge usergroup image that displays BANNED!!! under their names, just to rub it in

Just a simple "Banished" usertitle/group, with a non-formatted username apart from a strikethrough.

Well I did have LOSER in the title, but thought it was cheesy so I went back to just Banned

Banned members are listed as banned. That's for temp bans as well as permanent. I tend not to temp ban members but instead us a restriction system. If someone does something to deserve a temp ban they get "warned" and restricted to "The Pen" where only warned members and staff members can visit. They have no PM privileges or Shoutbox or Arcade, nothing.

Also the "Miserable Users" hack comes in handy if you have a "spammy" member who dosen't know what they are talking about but are not breaking the rules...

I'm thinking about using "vacation" as a short ban, and "long vacation" in a long ban, and "banished" for a permaban.
