| It doesn't have to be in the rules. There is no obligation to be fair or impartial. It's a nice gesture but every once in awhile I have to get mean and say 'ya know what folks? It's my house. I pay the mortgage and I own it from the floor, UP. I say I'm not deleting a single thing from MY database without a signed court order ordering me to do so, and when I do, it will be a billable service at $100 an hour. I work slow and I take a lot of breaks.' Don't register if you think at some point, you might want to be deleted. No. Don't come back if you don't want to be here but no you're not screwing with my board with your tantrum.  | ||||

That includes my e-mail address, IP address(es) and so on. On the other hand, I have no right to have my posts deleted, because they are legally seen as "broadcast" already and become part of the forum. As a forum admin what I do in these situations is, I delete the username but keep the posts. Quote:
