I recently was asked to admin another forum where kids tend to post a lot (by kids I mean Jr. High School age and younger). The boards were a mess when I first got there, it took weeks to clean things up. I decided to use this in my sig:  Interestingly (after the hoopla was over about big bad admin coming in and ruining their fun .. lol), many of the members began referring to it after a while when they noted someone being inappropriate.
