Unless they actually speak like an admin or having something in their signature that says "(Forum Name) Admin", then I don't see a problem with them using your forum URL and affiliate links in their signature...That's fine though, I was just curious...Kind of wanted to know why some of you felt otherwise

I feel otherwise because it creates a false representation. If I added AF links in my signature and yet I did not measure up in terms of how you want AF staff to represent the site then it is possible other members or lurkers could confuse me as belonging to the staff.

I would not personally want to have any of my web properties represented by someone else without my approval.
