Old Staff Member causing problems

Join Date: May 2007 Posts: 55  | Old Staff Member causing problems Hi! What would you do if you had an old staff member who is now a normal member on your site causing problems? The person keeps posting on my forums saying what is wrong with the site and telling me how to run it. Its even worse that he is coming into the chat room, demanding to speak to an admin and just bad mouthing the site, and demanding to speak to us or he wont leave the chat room until he dose. This is now been going on long enough for me, I spoken to the 2 people before, (they are both married, and one person said that they will speak to the other about stoping this, but 2 weeks on it is still going on) I have even had people now complaining to me as they are having to leave the chat room while they are in chat as they are also fed up with this. They are also only coming into the chat room when their is no admin / mods in the site, known that they will get kicked / banned Thanks!  | ||||
