What would you do?
This may seem stupid to ask but here it goes.

long story short...
I had a tech guy who decided to get into a romantic relationship with a Mod. No biggy but then I find out that the stuff he had installed on my site was stolen and he never paid, I since have paid for everything and sent letters to the company. So we are good.

He gets pissed and deletes things for the board I ban him, his girlfriend and him started a site. He told me the site was set to destroy my site. They start it and I tell you it is the same exact site even down to stealing my theme.

Well now she is stirring drama and only comes over to see what we have added so she can. I mean everything is alike.

Her other admin and a mod are on my site too. I am thinking of banning her but not sure what is the right thing to do, all the mods have voted to ban her.

If he installed loads of things on your site he didnt pay for and you had the issue of running around paying for it all with companies, you were in danger of breaching a lot of copyright.

Fortunately you have done the right thing and paid for it but does that now mean your enemy has done the same on their imitation website??

Might be worth writing to the people you paid and telling them of a possible breach of licence/copyright and this will force them out of pocket or site shut down

I am going to agree with this as well! They are just jealous of you and your site. They obviously can't do it on their own because they do have to copy everything you do. Just move on from here and don't let them get to you.

Nothing upsets people more than your site doing better than theirs.

Make yours succeed, bring in new members and clear out the trash old ones.

Then forget about them completely as you progress onwards.

Good luck with your site. I've seen stuff like this happen before. Ban them, make sure to IP ban them and monitor registrations for a while just in case they try to spam you, put on a happy face, keep improving, and watch their site for a bit. If they're doing something illegal, then report them. Nothing upsets ME more than someone trying to ruin hard work.
