![]() | WWYD? Ok so running a forum for women has proven to be difficult, I try to be fair but they make it very hard sometimes. Long story short I started a forum a year ago I have almost 4,000 members and there is another forum who has been up 2-3 years and has like 300 members, I understand why they may feel jelous or what have you BUT what would you do when you have members who come over and pretend to be so nice etc etc and then totally bad mouth you, your rules, your ethics etc. I have been banning them and now they are saying I am ban crazy and a forum Natzi. Thanks for your input.

![]() | I don't think there is anything you can do other than just keep banning them. Let them say you are ban crazy. It doesn't matter. You have to do what is good for your forum.

![]() | I'd love it personally. Any publicity is good publicity right? If you can annoy a few people who need banning do it and they will talk about you and your site, may help you get some good members through the word of mouth. A weird way to analyse but I think that there's truth in it. You know that you are growing and becoming established when you start getting people bad mouthing you - it's a right of passage.

![]() | What is wrong with the publicity? You know that you are going to get traffic from people wanting to see what kind of nut you are. What you have to do is try to convert these new lurkers into members and then get them posting ![]() Don't let online flamers get you down, you should know by now that knowing that you are anonymous is something that brings out the worst in people
