1. Use word censors to your advantage.
I censor many perverted words. It will help stop perverts.

2. Have a not tolerence policy.
Ban those perverts immediately, including ip address.

3. Log their ip somewhere.
You might need their ip for certain situations.

4. Report them to their ISP
This is where logging the ip comes handy. If they do anything that makes you know they are trying to lure kids or they post a child porno link it will be helpful to report them to their isp.

Yeah, this isn't really helpful, it's mainly common sense, also censoring words won't stop them. Perverts are perverts, if they have a target, censoring things won't stop them.

I completely agree. Let us assume test is a 'bad' word. We censor 'test'. But wait:
