I believe one cannot logically expect others to be robots -- not even staff members. "*buuzzzzz* DOES NOT COMPUTE. *buzzzz* No. I remember having frequent conversations with my fellow eRegulators (I love that term, sounds "professional" ) about an old gaming forum we were at that has since gone down the toilet because him, I, and a group of other dedicated members left it to die along with the corrupt administrator who couldn't moderate his way out of a birth canal... and yeah, we sling jokes and stuff at the situation (AND at the admin ) but it's all harmless, mindless fun.Now whenever someone utters the letters "GS," we take an eight hour nostalgia trip. :blaf: What I'm trying to say is... drama, under special circumstances, isn't all that bad. Some of it may be serious, and some of it may not be.. and if you decide to leave because of it then that's your decision. I personally like to play with said drama, however -- going back to the GS example. vict:These are my thoughts and mine alone. Just don't be afraid to get your hands dirty every once in a while. Remember: you are the administrator/moderator. You are the bad guy when the crap hits the fan. There's no way to escape it, so might as well embrace it! ![]() And I know there's a couple of you who think I'm being arrogant. Just wait until it happens -- but don't get bitter when I "tell you so." *wink wink nudge nudge*
