Exclamation Members complaining about other members

I just received this complaint email from a member of our forum:
Hello Administrator of the FF-
Maybe you should say something to this new member Advocate, sounds like this person is really coming on too strong. This is a great group of freindly folks sharing stories and experiences from our area. Thanks, Paula
Now, the member (named Advocate) is not doing anything in violation of the forum terms of membership. I personally feel that Advocate is being forthright in their opinions, a little inflammatory, but certainly not hateful, and that the complaining member seems to want the forum to have zero conflict or tension.
The member Advocate has made four (4) posts so far, here they are:

http://www.foothillsforum.com/forum/...=4107#post4107
http://www.foothillsforum.com/forum/...=4106#post4106
I am composing my response to the member who complained, and would welcome any comments on this matter to assist in my reply.
Cheers, Miner2049er.

Do you have any anti trolling rules?

Not breaking the rules whilst stirring things up is a common form of trolling.

He's only made four posts. Give him a chance. I took a look through his posts and he just seems to be airing an opinion, of which one member of your board didn't like.

I'd contact Paula and say you'll look into it, but let it slide for now. He doesn't seem to be causing any major trolling.
