The gist of it is, this new site will offer both free and paid skins and web templates. The web templates will be transactions set up between the users, not the site itself.

I want to make sure everyone's copyrights are secured before they decide not to submit anything because of this. The paid skins aren't so much the problem, it's the free skins. I'd like to make sure that any free skins submitted are copyright to this forum and it's respective users, and will not be removed if they decide to leave.

Does this sound fair, and does anyone have any tips as far as witting this up?

Graphics
- All graphics, and images of any nature created by the user, and then posted by the user remains copyright of said user, and is subject to removal at any time at the users discretion. (ie. Gallery and display sections and threads)
- All content submitted to the forum for download will remain copyright to Drk Designs, and will not be removed. (ie. Graphics resources, exclusively created skins, tutorials, ect.)

Paid skins/templates/graphics
- All skins/templates/graphics sold here are transactions between users.
- All money generated at sale goes directly to the seller, with no service cost
- Drk Designs can not be held liable for any incomplete, or foul transactions between users. It is your responsibility to conduct business with others
- Any user who has been reported as practicing unfair or illegal business practices (ie- not paying for a service, or taking the money and not providing the service) will be immediately banned, and have all their payed content removed, as well as their contact info. This is pending proof in the form of paypal or credit receipts. Each case will be examined individually

I'd probably word that something like:
The copyright for all content submitted to the forum for download will remain the property of the creator however the creator grants drk-designs.net a permanent license to publish that content on drk-designs.net.

But it isn't.. at least not all of it, that's the thing. I'm dealing with a lot of submissions which are copyrighted to the respective users. I don't want to force ownership of all the content, but yet I want to protect both my content, and theirs. In latent terms, paid skins and content is theirs, and can be removed, but free work and content will not. As well as all of my own work

EDIT - I've just added this to the bottom of the site as well:

"Skin and graphics created by and copyright to Drk Designs.
All provided paid skins, templates, artwork, tools, and services, are copyright to their respected designers and not DrkDesigns. Drk Designs is not liable for 3rd party sites and transactions."
