Yes, there is a GIANT list for vBulletin, on vb.org I used to use it, but is a bit anal. I'll go ahead and post it for you, please edit as you see fit!

EDIT: This is not the hack itself, but rather the lists of domains. If you need the hack (which, I do not recommend), you'll have to go to vb.org.

Everyone- on my WOWbb development board (WOWbbLounge) we have a MASSIVE section for this that the members have been adding to for about a year. regardless of what program we all use we all get hit with the same spammers sadly. This list and the threads contain many THOUSANDS of spam addresses and is one of the most comprehensive I have seen and every day more is added to it.

I can now stop using email verification which can be a pain but make a compramise with banning massive ammounts of emails
