Plus i do try to remember to let them know.

Simply contact the new owner and let them know that they need to remove the GA coding from the website. If they refuse to remove the code, simply do not remove the code or do not respond, then you've attempted to make contact with them regarding the monitoring. As above, I do not foresee this as a legal issue otherwise statistics programs would be liable and could be challenged for being able to view their members statistics (i.e. mass visitor counters and other such websites). | ||||
