OK, i seen some other sites using my name (4TeensOnly)weither it been on a free forum or just a website in general, some ppl told me thay had the right to use it and some ppl told me thay don't, so do thay or don't thay ?

and if thay don't what should i do to make them take it down ?

The name/words sound more like a slogan than a business name(slogans can't be copyrighted), so its may be possible anyone could use it. If they were using your exact content then thats another story. There's a book by that name on amazon.com("for teens only") too. So I wouldn't worry about the other sites using the name.

As far as a copyright, no, you do not have a copyright on the name - There is no such thing. If you had Trademarked the name, that would be another story. You may trademark your forum name if it is unique, but that costs money and requires an application. Copyrights involve "intellectual property"...You can copyright the content, design, and material on your website. As a matter of fact, copyrights arise naturally for any unique material (a very broad definition)...But unfortunately they are in fact allowed to use your name freely unless you trademark it
