Legal Issues

Hello,

I was wondering if there is any legal issues surrounding a cannabis cultivation forum. I already know i have to find a specialist host but i was wondering if there was anything else i should take into account.

Regards,

Kivanoconnor

The only thing i can think of is how much detail the site would go into. And getting hosting for it.

Im recieving help from another cannabis forum admin
I was told to hide my domain details from others

The site will go into quiet abit of detail but will have a disclaimer with each guide.

Any other aspects i shold look into ?

You'd need to be careful about what host you go for. Make sure they know what your wanting hosting for, otherwise they may terminate it at a later date.

The legality of it depends where you are i suppose but if you encourage it's use/growth then you could be encouraging a crime, if it's a criminal offence in your country.

I'll guess you don't believe that to be an offense but then what about a forum that told people how to find child pornography?? Although morally quite different you can hopefully see what I mean, both sites would be encouraging an illegal act, so if you think the later is a criminal offense then so would the former.

i understand your point thats why im looking to see what legal issues i have to look into. Im from the united kingdom so i will have to look more into the laws.

There are a couple of cannabis forums i am a member of so i may have to get in contact with other admins and see which precaution they are taking.

Any more advice is welcome

british will become famous soon enough
How about getting a host from a country where cannabis is legal, like The Netherlands? You'd get past a lot of legal issues, I think.
