  | Holy S*** This sums it up: http://img519.imageshack.us/img519/6871/statsic6.jpg Yep, I got 2,000 UNIQUE visitors in one day. The thing is, my average is around 50-100. This sounds great, but I'm pretty scared. I didn't do anything that would increase my traffic, and it skyrockets. It can't be real traffic - I didn't get any members those days, yet it's considered unique visitors. The weirdest thing is that the bulk of them came from Google, and my site is hardly keyword optimized. Anyway, I guess this isn't really an issue, but I thought I would let everyone know, just in case it sounds malicious to someone here.

  | Are you tracking it with Google Analytics? What keywords were they searching for when they found your site? Did revenue increase? If the traffic was coming from Google I doubt it's bad.

| I don't have any ads on my site at the moment, so I don't know about income.

| In Google Analytics you can tell what keywords someone uses to find your site and from what search engine. Other than that I don't know how to tell you to find it in that stats program you are using in the screen shot.

| Check your referring pages also...you sure nobody submitted something on your website to Digg or something similar?
