| Be sure to keep track of IPs and hostnames - it's easy for the police and the ISP to track these to the person who pays the ISP bills. Luckily I've never had to deal with this and I hope that I never will have to. However, thanks for the links - if it does appear then I know how to report the sick poster.  | ||||

Join Date: Sep 2005 Posts: 10,246 Location: Athens, GA  | I can only assume that the actual name for the email address was the culprit, not the tld (yahoo.es) british, it is not *necessarily* child pornography if the children are not nude or are not engaged in "sexual activities", but you definitely did the right thing by reporting it anyways. It all comes down to who's looking at the picture and what kind of poses the children are making.

The site was intended to keep illegal files safe (hehe, wrong i know) but a bunch of freaks got a hold of it and abused with sick pictures. So decided to shut it down and tip of agencies anonymously. They ended up using the website as bait. :-)

|  Have you even took into account that this might just be one of those things, a made up email, this person might not even be him, be very careful when you start reporting people for Child Pornography, you could find yourself in court beind Sued as it wasnt the person you thought. Did this even cross your mind

If that's the only excuse you found to do nothing, then I'm sorry but it's pretty pitiful. (And Ryan, this guy owned a gay porn website that had a "kiddie" section in it. That's all the reason I needed to report him.) | ||||
