Libel what can I do?

Ok so a few people that I banned are mad and have started 3 different blogs to destroy my name and forum. What do I need to do to get them taken down or sue the owner of the blog. I need to find out how to find out who owns them.

I don't know that you can get them taken down. You can find out who owns them by going to Whois.net - Domain Names and putting in the domain name if they are using registered domain names. If they are copying your content you can probably do a complaint with their host. Good luck

Contact a Professional who can advise you better. In many cases you are entitled to a free 30 or so minutes with a solisitor - so you wont have anything to loose.

In terms of law; Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights permits restrictions on freedom of speech which are necessary for the protection of the reputation or the rights of others. (European Convention on Human Rights and its Five Protocols) This covers libel - and means that the content can be removed.

So yeah, definetly get in touch with a legal professional
