Style robbed

Hi. I have a site: Left 4 Dead Forums

and I had miner create a custom style for it.

I found this site: Foro de L4D - Desarrollado por vBulletin

Which is using my status icons etc. What can I do to get this arse to stop using them?

First I think I would just send him an email asking him to remove the stolen images. Actually tbh I'm not sure what you can do past that, just hope that he wises up. He probably figures you won't notice.

If that doesn't work, you can try contacting his host, sorry to see that.

Burn em'! Burn em to the ground! ..... Nah I'd contact him about it, see if you could at least get a link or something from him for using them, if not ask him to remove em or then talk to his host like they said.

Normally an e-mail to him should be enough to scare him

As mentioned, the only thing you can do is contact them and ask them to either add a link or find an alternative. Contacting the host would be the next step, although I am not sure what they would do.

Hi AzH,
That is one of the most annoying things when these thief's steal a design.
There are a few things you can do to protect your template.

PM me and I will let you know what we do.

This is a common image problem. If somebody uses your images you must be doing something right

contact the ISP with a DMCA complaint if contacting the owner doesn't work
