| is my domain trademarked ??? Ok.. I have a bit of a problem. :/ I bought nintendo-games.info at a fair price and the owner and a few other people tole me there was no trade mark issue or copyright issue. I go to another Domain site and thay are all saying there is a trade mark issue. so is there a trade mark issue > and if so what do I do about the domain ? Thx... I am kinda worried.  | ||||

| ya sell it to nintendo for 1 million bucks  just kidding i doubt they would want a .infoanyway i dont really know much about domains but i dont think its trademarked but im stupid with domain copyrights and trademarked names and crap so yeah...... | ||||

Think about it why would you want a Nintendo domain unless you were planning on doing something that had to do with Nintendo (the video game system)? You might be lucky and Nintendo might not be one of those companies that are overzealous and want all of their domains back. Put up a Nintendo fan site. They could send you a cease and desist and tell you to give them back the domain, but you won't know unless you try. | ||||

| Well due to legal concerns I sold the domain.. I really wanted to use it but I don't wanna get sued over a 5 dollar domain. I rather the other guy work with it than me. you may still give your opions on this and eveything.. Just wanted to give you the heads up I sold it. | ||||
