I actually used to co-admin some forums with Larry and we were hacked once by somebody who managed to take over an admin's user account. Since they had the password to log into the account, they had the password to log into the ACP. This second password prevented that...even if they had the password for the account, they still couldnt get into the ACP

| so you know what you should all do?? go to your ACP (atleast in IPB) and make a group called Backup admin or something and make it hidden or something so no one knows about it of course if the person hacked it and then checked the member groups and they saw the group backup admin they would probably delete it if they were smart [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif[/img] | ||||
