Join Date: Sep 2005 Posts: 1,636    | If I use this logo ( http://techtabs.com/logo.jpg ) , could I get in trouble by Sony , Apple, or Cafe Press? I just want to make sure so I don't get in trouble.

Join Date: Sep 2005 Posts: 10,246 Location: Athens, GA | Well...if they wanted to get you in trouble, they probably could, especially since you're going to make money off of it...but I wouldn't worry about it unless you become a massive retailer, which I dont see happening If these words (Vaio) are trademarked...you might be able to avoid the entire ordeal by putting the "TM" next to them...but like I said, I wouldnt worry about anything
