Proprietary info

My posters deal with proprietary info on a day to day basis and if any of it got posted, it could land me in big legal trouble. Now, in my TOS and the rules of my board, I basically have it set up to say that it is the responsibility of the individual poster not to post any proprietary info and that while I might censor information that is obviously proprietary (customer info, documents marked "proprietary"), I won't do so in most cases unless I'm notified by a representative of Convergys. I posted this and a copy of the rules and TOS on a "free legal help" board, but the only response I've gotten so far is "that's not enough to keep you from being held liable." Anyone have any other info on this? | ||||
