I have an Invision Power Board latest and up to date, nevertheless there have been many of these forums being hacked left, right and center lately. I would like to know how to back up my forum if possible. Is there a very simple step by step that could help my back up my forum and also show me how to upload the back up to my ftp if need be please? P.s....I am an Ftp novice.
