Join Date: Jul 2006 Posts: 18  | From what I understand, you don't neccessarily have to register your site with the Copyright office for it to be considered copyrighted anymore. However, if you have some very unique content and a strong brand, you may decide to copyright with the US Copyright Office. Doing so will provide you much better protection if a dispute every arises in the future.
