Is it possible? phpbb -> vb

I was wondering if it were possible to switch software for example phpbb to vb or ipb... without loosing my members and posts?

Yes, it's very possible. And is actually quite common. Most software offer converters: vbulletin has IMPEX which you can convert or merge forums into vbulletin.

Just switched last week. With IMPEX you'll do just fine. The script you'll get when you download VB after paying for it. Takes less time than I have imagined. And I think I haven't lost anything from the over 400 members and over 16000 posts I had at the moment.
