phpbb3 betas to full?
Does anyone know if they will make a converter to beta phpbb3 forums to full stable phpbb3 forums?

eg if someone used phpbb3 beta 5, could they upgrade it to the full stable version when it's been released?

Yup, I think that they plan on releasing an upgrade path. However, before going to the final stage, they will be releasing at least a few RC's (release candidates), so you will want to upgrade to those BEFORE upgrading to the final release.

Well i do not own one but i want to try making a forum using it and if it was a good forum then i would want to upgrade it to the stable release when they finish it

They're testing a phpBB 2.0.2x -> phpBB3 converter but I think they said there will be now Beta upgrade tools - only in the RCs

So far they have been giving upgrade tools. But they do not garentee that they will have in the future.
