How to alter forum time?

Join Date: Jul 2007 Posts: 38  | How to alter forum time? I'm using phpbb2 and can't get my time to change. Now matter what timezone I set it to in my admin panel, it stays the same time (7 hours ahead of my time). Does anyone know how to fix this?
