Hmmmm... No Avatar conversion?

Well I have spent the past few hours thinking about copying the members avatars from teh vB database to give them back to them but 447 members. You think it would be better just to let them reupload it on their onw? I fully converted a vB to phpbb3 and no avatar conversion. you think something like this would keep people from using phpbb?  | ||||

That said, if you do have a good reason or have already made the conversion, I'm not sure what to tell you. phpBB3 is too new to have good conversion scripts for it.
