Heeeeelp Please

I would like to edit the default phpbb RC7 theme to go with the PHPBB support forums, I have tried asking there to help but i haven't had any response from any of the staff there.

Would anyone know what i would need to edit in the CSS?

ps - I have seen this done on another phpbb 3.0 forum that i found on AF and many others, but i cannot seem to track down the link.

Any help would be appericated.
