Does anyone know how to add something to an existing sidebar in vB to show latest threads or posts? I have searched high and low at vb.org with no luck. The sidebar already exists, I just need to find a way to add some various stats to it.

Edit: Oh' and by the way, this is for a sidebar that is only on the forumhome page. It doesn't reflect all pages of the site.

You could use a simple RSS to JavaScript thing or Latest X Posts on Forum Home - vBulletin.org Forum

Thanks bdude. I did check out Latest X Posts hack but many people asked if the code could be put in a sidebar and the coder kept saying it was only meant for the forumhome template.

I did find one though that is working for now. I had to disable many of the features since it has many more than I need but I installed Cyb - Advanced Forum Statistics and it works great. After some tweaking, I got it to only fit in the sidebar whereas the defaults were to have it display on forumhome.

Anyway, thanks for the links and suggestions.
