how to Allowing Mods to ban?: VB 3.6

I was going through the permissions on my members for the mods and I see the option to allow them to ban people.

But when it's activated I can't seem to find the option on a mod profile to be able to ban the users.

what adjustments do I have to make to allow a Mod to be able to ban.

I've checked the ability as able to in the moderator permission for the forums that the mods I want to be able to ban can. but they still can't. ( I also did this for a dumy profile and can't get it work for some reason.)

If that isn't there, you could also try creating an infraction with enough points to trigger infraction point based ban, but Moelmans post should do you.
