vbSEO - What do you think?

What are your opinions on vbSEO. Is it worth the money? Have you had much success with it?

I am a huge fan of vBSEO, not just for the massive benefits it gives me in terms of indexing and SEO, but also because the default vBulletin URL's are ugly and unpleasant to work with.
